A non-refundable deposit is due two weeks after the team has been assembled. The deposit amount is 10% of the trip cost or $100- whichever is the greater amount. This deposit cannot be refunded or transferred to tuition, etc. if the student later decides to not attend the trip.

If a team member, with the consent of the International Department has switched trips, whatever portion of the deposit that has not been used can be moved to the new trip.
