No refunds can be given to third party donors (example: a friend, family member, someone who donates money for a trip cannot get a refund in the event the traveler can no longer go).

Refunds are potentially possible on unused money that was donated by the travelers themselves on the same year they made the donation.

All refund inquiries should be directed to trips@ibssm.org. We can refund only money that has not been spent on trip expenses, i.e., airfare, lodging, insurance, etc.

Refunds will be processed starting in the month of April once all the trips have returned and the accounts are closed. All refund requests must be sent by June 30th in order to receive a refund.
