Testimonies

Debbie teaches in such a way that creates a desire to learn a language. I recommend this course to anybody aspiring to learn a language so they can increase their impact in the nations.” - Eric Johnson, Bethel Missions Pastor

“Debbie’s style of teaching Spanish is using visuals, interaction and lots of fun. Learning Spanish for me has been the key that opens the door to more effective ministry.”

- Rose Cantos, Missionary to Valladolid, Spain

“The class was great! As a person with advanced Spanish, I watched people with no Spanish speaking Spanish by the end of the year. The method Debbie uses is amazing. Her style makes things stick in your brain. And her humor… well, we were never bored. I had a great time and I look forward to next year!”

- Previous BSSM student

“Spanish class… was so helpful to me. I feel confident to approach Spanish speakers and use what I have learned. I love the teaching style because it got us talking a lot and early, which was really good for me. I also appreciated learning the ‘ministry vocabulary’.”

- Previous BSSM student

“Debbie is wonderful! This class helped not only to reactivate the Spanish I learned previously, but got me familiar with language that is helpful for sharing about the Lord as well. Her style is very empowering and helps people not to be afraid in just going for it with the spoken element especially.”

- Previous BSSM student
