Great Photography

What makes a great photograph? You!

- Your unique sense of creativity is what will make your images stand out. Standing on a box to change the view or laying on your belly to see a perspective of an ant. Shoot out of a small hole in a fence to capture just a persons face smiling.

- Your equipment isn't as important as you think! Think of all the different cameras out there, each with their own color and exposures. Use your camera to create your style, your feel, your fingerprint!

- Look around the room or street or town for what God wants to do. Partner with the Holy Spirit. He will lead you to the best angle and the best lighting. Take a persons moment and make it a story. Photograph them as they begin to see God change the world around them.

- Don't delete photos the same day you shoot. Give yourself time, it will change what you see in a picture.

- Taking the photo at just the right time is hard sometimes, best to take a lot to not miss those prefect moments.

- Be confident in what you have photographed.

- Its not the camera its the eye behind the camera that makes a great photograph.

- Have fun do not stress out... you are creating and you not being graded.
