Doug and Diane Phillips

Doug and Diane along with their team, have put love in action with their service to children and families in Baja Sur, Mexico. Their ministry, Miracle of Love Mercy Ministries, hearts first priority is to offer comfort and support as well as practical assistance to the abused, abandoned, and neglected children. They have opened a Miracle of Love children’s home in a small fishing village on the Sea of Cortez near Santa Rosalia. The children’s home is open to babies as well as to boys and girls 12 and under.
In addition to their ministry to families and children Doug and Diane are working hard to bring transformation to their community through disaster relief, food and clothing banks, ministering to the elderly, serving local schools, and bringing rehabilitation to prisoners and drug addicts. They are currently purchasing the arts and crafts made by prisoners and reselling them at their coffee house gift shop to raise money for the prisoner’s basic needs.

Miracle of Love Mercy Ministries is seeing much fruit from their labor of love. Children are finding safety from the storms of life and finding a place where they can safely be nurtured back to health. Prisoners are being set free from much more than prison bars and some have even become local preachers! James 1:27 says: “Real religion, the kind that passes muster before God the Father, is this: Reach out to the homeless and loveless in their plight, and guard against corruption from the godless world.” Thanks Doug and Diane for your example in love!
